I have been facilitating workshops for children, youth and adults for about a decade. My most popular workshop is Zine Making. In these workshops, I discuss the historical impact of independent print media in connection to social movements. I bring zine examples to share from my extensive personal collection, and discuss the logistics of creation, and distribution. I finish off each workshop with a hands-on opportunity to make an 8 page mini zine, or a collaborative group zine.

I’ve worked with the Art Gallery of Hamilton, Hamilton Wentworth District School Board, The Workers Arts and Heritage Centre, Guelph Pride, Hamilton Pride, Wilfrid Laurier University, McMaster University, The Brampton Arts Organization and United Steelworkers (USW) to name a few.

I’m also available to facilitate:

  • Poster Making and Activism

  • Banner Painting

  • Silkscreen Printing

  • Drawing

  • Squeegee Painting
